📜 Terms & Conditions – Ecom Sell Ops

1. Scope of Services

Ecom Sell Ops provides:

Catalog delivery (10K–100K+ products)

Account setup assistance and approval support

Fulfillment guidance, SOPs, and compliance resources

Training and ongoing support (subscription-based where applicable)

All services are intended for business use only. Catalogs, SOPs, and training materials may not be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties without written permission from Ecom Sell Ops.

2. Payments

Catalogs & Training: Full payment is required in advance.

Approval Services: Payment is due after approval, provided all prerequisites and account details are supplied by the client.

Subscriptions: Support and training subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.

We accept payments via USDT, Zelle, and Wise. All transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the client.

3. Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If an error occurs from our side, we will replace or re-offer the service to ensure proper delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate seller details, access permissions, and delivery addresses.

Maintain compliance with Walmart, Amazon, or any other platforms they use.

Understand that Ecom Sell Ops is not liable for account suspensions, delays, or damages caused by external platforms.

5. Confidentiality

All catalogs, SOPs, training materials, and internal methods are the intellectual property of Ecom Sell Ops. By using our services, clients agree not to copy, share, resell, or disclose these materials to third parties or competitors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ecom Sell Ops will not be held responsible for:

Account suspensions, delays, or errors caused by Walmart, Amazon, or other third-party platforms.

Loss of revenue, profits, or opportunities due to external factors beyond our control.

Client misuse of catalogs, SOPs, or fulfillment systems.

7. Updates to Terms

Ecom Sell Ops reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

8. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific sales, profits, or account outcomes. Our responsibility is the delivery of services as described. Marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform rules, account health, and operational execution.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international business laws. Any disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication and, if unresolved, settled under the laws of Pakistan and United states.
